Welder - Stainless Steel Welder

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Candidates must be locally available.

·         Offshore oil and gas experience required.

·         Must be able to read and speak English.

·         Apprenticeship in Welding/Fabricating 

·         Proven experience in stainless steel welding, with a focus on TIG and MIG welding techniques.

·         Strong knowledge of stainless-steel properties, welding procedures, and industry codes and standards.

·         Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

·         Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.

·         Proficiency in using welding equipment, hand tools, and measuring instruments.

·         Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures related to welding operations.

·         Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds with minimal defects.

·         Physical stamina and dexterity to handle welding equipment and work in various positions.

·        

Requirements

·         High school diploma or equivalent.

·         Certification or diploma in welding or a related field is preferred.

·         Test Certificate for:

o   Material: SS 316L

o   Welding Tecnique: GTAW and FCAW. (buttwelds and fillet welds)

·         Forklift Certificate preferred

·         BOSIET and MIST preferred
